Ponca Blackberries

Rubus subgenus Rubus Watson ‘Ponca’.  The newest Blackberry to be released from the University of Arkansas.  This blackberry has Soluble solids of 13.4% and Acidity of 0.54%.  It is incredibly sweet, with the perfect sour finish.

Our Bees

We exclusively raise Italian Honeybees.  These ladies are hardworking and have an excellent disposition.

Our Team

It would be great if we could do everything from the inside of a tractor, but unfortunately most of the work we do is physically challenging and occurs in the hottest months of the year.  We are fortunate to have a great team that gets the job done no matter what Mother Nature throws at them.
